About This Game
The full VR game, completely playable on your traditional monitor without the need of a VR setup. Plus additional new hunting game types!
It is Summer 1988 and your mom has just rented the coolest new game for your Kingbit Entertainment System. As you play over the course of the day it becomes apparent something is different about this game than the other games you own.
Duck Season is a throwback to the golden age of 1980's gaming and movies with a hint of horror in a Spielberg-ian universe. A first person experimental narrative uncovering a story with multiple branches. Re-live a slice of childhood as you transported to an eerily familiar memory and play out the dark story that unfolds over a single day/night as your imagination takes over.
In-between sessions of hunting ducks, players are encouraged to dive deeper into the lore of that fateful day by examining their surroundings and piecing together the mysterious clues that change over the in-game day. Experimental storytelling and high visual fidelity bring the day to life as you dig into and uncover the oddities surrounding the cursed Duck Season cartridge...

Duck Season PC user review
It is a really fun game that really gets you involved with all the extra easter eggs, but
a creative game
Duck Hunt with some snazzy new graphics! What's not to love?
rabbit season
AS a 90's kid this game is really a fun one.
its weird, odd, and twisted. love how their is a game inside of a game. i will get lost at times what to do.
Is good game
Pretty neat game if you like old school duck hunt re-invented!
You could literally run this on a potato.
Who's laughing now, Dog? After 30 years i've got my revenge!
I would recommend the VR Version of the game, do not buy this version of the game since it is very laggy when you look around even though I turned the sensitivity to max, and picking up items is laggy. And I have a good computer: 2080Ti and intel core i7. Would I Recommend this game? No, go buy the VR edition since it works better with that version and has been intended for VR.
I originally got it because well DUCK HUNT! But, the more you play it the creepier and weirder it get's. On the plus side though you do finally get to shoot than **** dog that was always mocking you when you were a kid.
I was writing this as a question and/help
not my jam
this game runs like trash on my pc but minecraft runs better wtf. also the ducks disappear to fast. the sensativity is to damn high and i have it on lowest. its fun though and scary. meh for people without a gaming pc. if you have a gaming pc get this though.
I loved that Iaccidentally found out they ported this to regular pc, since I liked the orginal, innocent Duck Hunt game. My main gripe is I play games on my laptop mainly with a byilt in touchsceenish mouse, and even at the lowest setting, the mouse intensity is insane. One night tap and your character would snap his neck up or down, even on the main menu. If they fix that, I'd fully recommend the game.
I AM NOT A HORROR GAME FAN
[4/10] I really, REALLY wanted to love this game. I was so excited to finally have it that I streamed it on Twitch and totally hyped it up to hell. We all had fun watching me two-shot and three-shot ducks for a while but in the hour and a half I played only one creepy thing had happened. I did triggers for more spooky stuff to happen (like in VR mode), but got nothing. I switched to another game because to be honest I was pretty bored after two play-throughs of me shooting ducks.
0 stars the sensitivity is way to high i cant play
