Rescue HQ - The Tycoon user review
lost its appeal very quickly, good basic foundation of a game for a few hours then bored!
So I think I've played this game enough to give a decent review.
I wanted to like this one but I just don't think it's for me. Definitely not for the full price of $30. You get the picture after 30 mins - it does not seem like there is a lot of depth on offer.
Rescue HQ: The Tycoon has me on the fence, and I'm struggling to decide if I'll be coming back to it. The gameplay is a lot of fun and I don't regret a minute I spent here. It's very much like some older simulation games I played as a kid so maybe nostalgia also plays a role, but I feel that after a mere week I've experienced everything it has to offer.
I'm not sure why this game isn't more popular, it is a really excellent emergency management sim! While it doesn't have the story of something like Two Point Hospital, it is far more sophisticated in its simulation and really appeals to a slightly different audience. If you wanted more complexity and challenge then this is the game for you.
I had high hopes for this. I thought it would be like the emergency series meets this is the police. Alas, this is neither, and is nothing. This is the only product to date i had to refund on because it is that bad. I dont understand the reviews and praises and frankly am baffled by them.
I like the game but the biggest flaw is performance.
This game has a lot of potential. So far this what I see.
I'll be honest, I'm refunding this game, not because it's bad, in terms of a finished game, it's good, there's not a lot to criticise, but it's just not for me. Since this isn't early access, I'll review it as a finished £20 game...
Anyone who has ever tried the classic games such as
it is good
Really good game, good management and ramps up quickly with the amount of resources you need to build up!
This game is a lot of fun.
Love this game and it is so much fun to play
