If you liked HOT SHOTS tennis you will LOVE this! It was everything I was hoping it would be. Very arcade style which I love and the controls work great. Ill be picking Unfinished Pixel's volley ball game soon as well. Hope these Devs do a golf game or even a football (USA) at some point!
If you ever enjoyed the old Namco Smash Court games on the PlayStation, then you will love this.
It's a perfect blend of Top Spin, Mario Tennis, and Wii Sports with a bit of the retro flair from Super Tennis on the SNES. Gameplay is very timing-based and surprisingly deep. Much like the tennis games of old, the AI will kick your ♥♥♥ on higher difficulties. This is the best arcade tennis title; for a simulation, your best bet is still Tennis Elbow or Full Ace Tennis, but this game is for everyone else.
Super Tennis Blast is easy game to pick and it exccesible to everybody. I enjoyed my expereince making Mii-Type Players and playing the simple but great World Tour of this game. Would recommend to anybody who's looking for a tennis game. 10/10 Keep up the good work!!!
In short, it's SUPER and you'll have a BLAST playing it:D.
Super Tennis Blast is a fun little title that's worth a bit of your time to kill! I like to think of this as "Mario Tennis Lite". It plays very similarly especially in how you power up your shots. There's no online mode but there's a single player campaign where you rise the ranks playing tournaments while you increase your overall stats for better performance. There's Quick Play and Super Tennis Blast mode which has the option to play with two modifiers: an ever expanding/shrinking court and an living net that rises and drops. Mini-games are here as well with my favorite being the precise serving into a soccer-esque goal point for points. Pretty chill game with a great avatar customization. It's worth taking a look at.
Honestly, what else can I say? Super Tennis Blast is the sort of fantastic tennis game that will not only get your heart pumping as you try to eke out a victory but also put your reflexes + hand-and-eye coordination to the test!
Tutorial doesn't work. Quickplay doesn't work.
I've probably put about 1000 hours into Tennis Elbow (another tennis game) over years and years, I've played about every tennis game out there on every system, NES, SNES, N64, Playstation, Gamecube, Wii, you name it.
Fantastic little tennis game, great controls and very fluid- Please keep the updates coming.
This game says it has full controller support but doesn't mention that it requires controllers. It doesn't work with keyboard and mouse. It looks like a great game but not for those of us that don't use/have controllers.
