Rin was just buying a snack in her hometown’s shopping district — but she gets a shock when her surroundings suddenly transform.
"...Why is the sky pink...?"
She should know this area well, but the unreadable letters on the signs and the strange language the people are speaking have made things unrecognizable.
...Just then, Ruka, a girl so cute she could be an idol, appears and extends a helping hand.
Rin, who exudes positivity in spades, and Ruka, a supportive girl who speaks only a smattering of Japanese.
This is the story, pure and sometimes frustrating, of two girls intertwined through their fumbling efforts to communicate.

Very good! The story is heavy on language learning and more light on the yuri. You can decide on if you want to take language quizzes/study sessions to better learn esperanto or if you want to skip them. There are several routes the story can take based on player choices. It took around 14-15 hours to complete the whole story. I think the best thing about this VN was the voice acting. The voice actors did a fantastic job with speaking esperanto (ingame amrilato) and really made it feel like a world where that's the native language.
You like cute girls and romantic novel? There you go....
Interesting VN where you can learn Esperanto while enjoying a cute story. 10/10 recommended
This game teaches me Esperanto better than Duolingo.
A Poem About Isekai Lesbians Suffering Because Of Language Barriers ~
When I first bought this game in a sale I didn't expect very much. I thought it would be an educational game...and I didn't (and still don't) find video games an effective medium for serious learning. Maybe they are useful to children, but at my age, if I intend to learn something, I want to get a good idea of the overall picture and the basics in the shortest possible amount of time; video games just tend to dilute down things so much that it becomes hard to keep track of the big picture.
It is quite lovely, warming and innocent yuri story, which happens to be also an Esperanto learning experience. I'm not a big fan of visual novels, but this I ate practically in one take (ish).
Bought this VN on a whim, and sure wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was.
A touching story of overcoming language barriers to find love.
Liked the visual novel a lot.
I haven't finished it yet, but at 22 hours, I can report that I love this game. As a fan of VNs, anime, and being a huge language nerd: this game hits the mark on all subjects. The art is really good, the voice acting is excellent, and the occasional response prompts, as well as the Esperanto quizzes, keep you engaged. I have studied Esperanto and I'm currently studying Japanese. I can already see that I'll replay this game! So...yeah..pick this one up.
I like the story...It's interesting that two girls trying to communicate and understand each other.
After wanting for 10 or so years to eventually start studying Esperanto, this visual novel is what finally got me started.
