The Great Perhaps user review
I'm more of a console gamer myself, but I just couldn't wait for this game on consoles, so here I am.
The Great Perhaps is an indie adventure game centred around time travel, however, this interesting premise is sadly let down by its unimaginative gameplay and lacklustere story.
The game starts out good and seems like it has real potential, but pretty soon it becomes repetitive. It's basically a lot of walking around without getting killed, waiting, picking up objects from time to time and giving them to other characters or throwing them on something. It's just a bit too dull for my taste.
Incredible atmosphere, music and art. Haven't seen such an Indie in a while. Main mechanic is super cool to play around with, although repetitive. The story is really intriguing and the characters are fun, especially the AI companion of the main character, L9.

A beautiful Game
WARNING ! This game is NOT an adventure game, but a platformer game, that requires quite a lot of keyboard dexterity, So bear that in mind, before you buy it. Furthermore there are no manual saving, meaning you have to start a level over again and again.
I would love to thumbs up this game but the price is to high for the amount of content. I did buy this with a coupon code so only paid about $6 us and that is a fair price for this.
Pretty good, short casual game. The time travelling mechanic is pretty cool. Has voice acting too, and the acting is actually not bad; definitely worth the price
Don't bother with this title, here's why.
awesome game similar to The Valiant Hearts, but in different mystic time-traveller flavour
Nice platformer walking sim, the "quests" are a bit easy fetch x bring it to y a lot. But the AI voice and mainchar one are good and nice written dialogs. The einding is a bit of a let down but fitting for the overall feeling of the game.
The platforming is really awkward. Your dude's jumps are tiny and feel really rather stiff. You're not running by default, although none of the game so far really invited walking introspection as a valid way of playing the game, so I'm not sure why that's the case - so you'll be finding a finger on the shift key almost any time you want to get around.
i enjoyed this game
this game is very fun, i have 3 hours on record but it does include some afk time, i did finish.
The most terrifying fact about the universe is not that it is hostile but that it is indifferent. A melancholic tale of one man and his journey into oblivion and maybe…..
