About This Game

1980's. Alternative reality. Global warming has turned the whole world into a endless desert. Due to the aggressive climate, the blessings of civilization gradually go under the sand. Set out on a long journey on your old pickup truck to fulfill the last request of your late father. But is there a place left on this planet where it’s possible to do this?

Se i like the game but it needs so much more work and time.

Ambitious!

I think that right now this game is fantastic. I love the graphics and style of the game and the adventure part of it is great to. How ever that being said it seems like this could get boring fast if you need a story to follow or somethings. but if your just looking to relax this is the game to do it. I think it would be really cool if you added a story mode or a Survival mode with some hostile creatures or npcs that would try to rob you. And have like checkpoints for when you reach there like unlock a car or a attachment to a car. But that dose seem to change the play style of the game. I would 100% recommend this game to anyone who sees it, this game has the potential to be something outstanding and all it needs is a little help from a community.

Not bad

This game actually got tons of potential. It's easy to imagine how many new stuff can be added and it's pretty interesting what path will the developer choose. As I can see the game is updated pretty often, so I think it's a good reason for coming back every week.

UNDER the SAND takes you on a beautiful, low-poly, 1980’s post-apocalyptic desert road trip in search for the sea.

Might be a hot, desert environment "road trip, but Im not drinking the Kool-Aid.

It's a Jalopy-alike alright. Still quite rough around the edges, and short on content. I reached the gate which bars further exploration and I think I've seen all there is to see in under 1 hour of gameplay. Still, it's cheap as heck, so for fans of Jalopy I'd say it's still worth it just to check it out and follow along with the development.

Eating the sand is a preferable alternative to playing this for extended periods of time due to an absolute lack of video settings.

I see potential in this game, but in this eartly access it's not really worth the buy, if you want to give it a go, buy it when it's on sale.

yeah i cant recommend it :/ its just a discount jalopy. the physics are bad, the core of the game is the same to jalopy's, etc. basically buy this if u dont have enough money for jalopy. as of writing this (24th sep) i might come back in a few months and check the game as it is then, but rn i cant recommend it

I was looking for this type of game for a long time, It’s really nice however it’s early access but, I think it’s gonna be better in future. Waiting for more updates ???? 10/10

This game is an amazing game its so relaxing besides looking after your trunk so your stuff doesnt go everywhere but that makes this game more fun i wish there could be more to this game and i hope there is soon i just got this game today but ive wanted it for a while and i got to say im not disappointed with my purchase plus its only 5$ so its not much to lose. I recommend this game to everybody

Discount Jalopy. The game runs faster than Jalopy on my low end PC so that's an up side, only thing I dislike about the game is the bugs which I cannot blame anybody using them.
