VICCP user review
Might have been interesting, but SO FLIPPIN SLOW! Everything takes forever to do. Any run that you need the phone, you MUST drink the coffee first because for some reason you can open the panel without knocking it over, but you can't answer the phone without knocking it over. Find the object in a 20x20 grid, by the way, the detection radius is ONE, and you can't move vertically and horizontally at the same time. Messed up on an ending? Takes seemingly forever to run its thing with no apparent way to skip. Oh yeah, and the dossier pictures? They might look like they match, but they don't because the quality is crap. Utter waste of time. Don't bother.
A nice puzzle game. It only took me 3.5 hours to complete. It would have been nice if there was a little more depth. Worth $10 but no more.
It’s just “Please don’t touch anything” but inconsistent, less interesting, boring, frustrating, annoyingly rng-based, and it costs more money. There’s no quick way to reset without losing, every ending involves an unskippable cinematic regardless of how many times you’ve got it, and it has two kinds of puzzles: baby-level easy, and nightmare-level frustrating. No in-between, and no fun either.
It's fun (but very, very hard) to discover all the endings in this game. I spent most of my first playthrough just figuring out what I could do. After that, I was a little frustrated so I watched some videos on the devs Youtube channel. In those videos, it was plain to see that you could open the phone box somehow. So, when I started my second video, I concentrated on the phone box and that opened up a lot of new possibilities in the game. My 2nd playthrough alone, I think I found 4 endings.
If you just want more Please Don't Touch Anything, this isn't really it. The puzzles are either needlessly vague or easy and the full 3D space can actually cause lag on low-end PCs, making the constant restarts even more frustrating.
Too many hard but boring puzzles. Ended up watching a walkthrough for the last couple puzzles. I wouldn't otherwise have found two of them and even then I didn't bother to finish one I knew about but was too tedious. Too much reliance on brute Force being the solution.
Solid puzzle game. An embarrassing amount of time was spent taking the right "pieces" and overlooking their correct use then face-desking once the solution was made clear.
Fun little puzzle game in the Don't Touch Anything style
Well, i bought this game for £1.01 in the sale and i would say its more than worth the full price.
Yup!
Love the complex puzzle solving
